FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT SERVICES

Q: What comes included in my package?

A: The initial pricing includes the photographer's time and talent plus product credit towards your final order. All sessions will include a product credit which is used towards your product purchase. Products are all sold separately. In some special events, limited time offers or in the Bump to baby package, session package includes two specialty prints. 

Q: What are products?

A: Products are your prints, albums, canvas, digital images and specialty items. 

Q: Do you offer the same products as another photographer?

A: I don't know what other photographers offer with their portrait sessions. We are all different and run our business very differently. I offer the products that best fits my brand. 

Q: Will I receive all of my images in a cd?

A: No. We focus strictly on quality vs. quantity. You are in complete control over what images and what product you will purchase. Also, we offer an exclusive photography experience and encourage for our customers to have products that are ready to be displayed in their home. 

Q: Do you sell digital images?

A: Yes, we do! (of course) 

Q: Will I receive my products in time for my baby shower or other special occasion? 

A: This depends on the amount of time between your actual session and event. I always recommend at least 4-6 weeks in between the two. 

Q: Can I book my session for tomorrow or this weekend?

A: While you are able to book your session anytime, I cannot guarantee that a specific date will be available for you. I advice to book your session with time because sometimes I tend to book up 2-3 months in advance. You can always contact us to make sure that we have dates available. We work on first come first serve. 

Q: Can you hold a date?

A: No. Your retainer fee must be paid in order for me to hold your spot. 

Q: Can we plan my session before I book?

A: You are more than welcome to let us know what type of ideas and plans you have for your session but we will not plan, give out locations, plan wardrobe or discuss details until you have booked your session.
